Welcome to Pilbara TAFE
Located in a region covering more than 500,000 square kilometers and serving
a population of 40,000, Pilbara TAFE is the largest training provider in
North West WA.
The setting is unique - a mix of vast plains and rugged gorges
interspersed with some of the largest open cut mines in the world.
Other industries which contribute to the region's strong economic foundations
are the massive oil and gas production facilities, salt mines,
pastoral
leases and cattle stations.
In this environment, Pilbara TAFE is committed to providing
quality vocational education and training (VET) to all our clients
from apprentices to trainees, small businesses, indigenous communities,
corporations
and individuals.
