A new name means a new direction!

Pilbara TAFE has rebranded and become Pilbara Institute, with a fresh focus on delivering industry-relevant training with employment-based outcomes.

The setting is unique - a mix of vast plains and rugged gorges interspersed with some of the largest open cut mines in the world. In this environment, Pilbara Institute is committed to providing quality vocational education and training (VET) to all our clients from apprentices to trainees, small businesses, Aboriginal communities, corporations and individuals.

Institute Re-Launches Early Learning Scholarship
Pilbara Institute in partnership with Rio Tinto and the Shire of Roebourne are pleased to announce the re-launch of the Early Learning Scholarship Program. This is an incentive program aimed at recognising and up-skilling Early Childhood Educators with the Shire of Roebourne. Leny Davies has made Pilbara Institute proud. Having finished Certificate IV in Visual Arts and Contemporary Crafts, Leny has won the People's Choice Award at this year's Hedland Art Awards with her acrylic painting entitled 'Ghost Net'.
